Pretty much the same quality as Sam's and Costco...because they're made by the same company, same machines. The blends and specs might be a little different. Sam's/Costco thickness is .9 mil and HD should be .82. it's been a few years since I've worked there. The orange drawstring is the same for all those trash bags.

With that being said, I'm gonna try to order some cause the Amazon branded bags are crap...

Yeah, I think this came up the last time the "deal" was posted. The last ones were also shorter than normal bags and will fall into your trash can unless you have a rubber band or other method for preventing that from happening.
