It's not the cheapest cordless tool set available, but for the quality (brushless) of the tools, two larger batteries, and a bag it is a pretty good value.
It's probably overkill for someone living in an apartment or who doesn't want to build stuff, but if you want to serious home improvement work, it's what you'd want.
FYI, the picture of the charger look like it has a single port.
Seems like an ok deal. About $99 a tool is a "good" price, i've built up a collection of the 20v xr tools buying only when they hit close to that price.
I dont see the circular going that cheap too often. Batteries included even this out. If you have a lot of patience (i've been buying over 2-3 years), you can probably do better by getting the Drill + Impact in a combo deal thats pretty much available every other week then slowly pick off the other items as the deals popup. Doesnt help if you need it now though.
I'm having trouble deciding between the cheap brushed Ryobi and this, my issue is that everything DeWalt is significantly more expensive and at most I'll use the things once or twice a year on large projects. Sure would be nice to have brushless though...

I use the ryobi at work and the dewalt at home. the dewalt is noticeably better in every way. I bring my dewalt tools for work when I know they'll be useful for the day.
