I would say this is a great deal. I have everything you see there (bought mostly separately) and I bet I paid $400-500 for it. The two batteries are a bit low (wouldn't like to have seen 3 but you can get 'em off of marketplace pretty easy/cheap) but having the smaller battery is nice to keep weight down in some situations.

Thanks to OP for the post of course, but in my humble this is very use-case specific. These are brushed tools. That means less power less efficient batteries and more weight. These are still good tools but if you're a contractor especially I would stay away. IMHO where has the drill and driver in this kit give you 1500 and 500 ftlbs of torque, that's about the same as the M12 fuel versions. They weigh half as much. They respect batteries way more. And you could get both of those on sale for around $200.
