Glass cutting boards, guys. The only safe option between microplastics and chemically treated wood dust.

if you actually cook, these will get cut marks and get color stained rather quickly
you will be left wondering how much of the plastic board is now in your body...

Didn't use with good knives though... Will dull them out pretty quickly!

I have good knives - am I doomed? Will end-grain wooden boards work?

Yes. Use end grain wooden boards. Good knives dull on glass and metal.. Also just to everyone panicking about microplastics, what do you think they use in your restaurant kitchens?

hard surfaces, like metal and glass, will dull your knives faster. wood is good for most things, or thermal polyurethane(rubbery plastic), especially for raw meats bc its non-porous.
