Yep. These UPS's almost always are. They sit on a shelf for a few years (Or they could be customer returns). Then they have to put new batteries in them. Once they do that they can no longer sell them as "New" but "Factory Refurbished" but they usually still have a three year warranty. I've bought several of these (and the higher VA rated ones) from Woot over the years. No complaints, no problems. Smilie

They're also lead acid batteries and not LFP, so after 3 years max (especially just sitting) these are absolutely cooked.
