Stay away from Adidas. Very poor customer service. Would not return/cancel an order 3 weeks past their est delivery date. Had to dispute through cc for refund.

i agree with this. their customer service is bad. wouldn't allow returns due to weird policy differences between in-store and online.

But, agree, Adidas customer service is generally non-existent whether dealing with direct Adidas purchase or eBay purchase.
