Community Reviews
This cordless neck and shoulder massager is framed as a targeted, hands-free option for easing stiff necks and working while you use it. The straps and heat make it appealing for multitasking, and the $20 price is repeatedly treated as a fair try. A similar unit is described as getting regular use, though battery life and long-term durability are recurring concerns, with some versions needing to be plugged in after the battery fades. The promo code also appears to have been inconsistent, with the discount sometimes dropping to $25 off or disappearing entirely.
The massager can feel more targeted for neck pain than a massage chair.
The cordless design may support multitasking while using the straps.
A $25 promo code reportedly worked after entering it twice at checkout.
A similar model reportedly required only occasional use and still lasted.
The cordless unit may run out faster and require more frequent charging.
A similar model's battery reportedly died quickly and then needed plugging in.
The promo code experience may require manually entering the code during payment.
The massager can feel awkward after some time for certain users.

I've had a lot of recent levator muscle pulls (e.g., whiplash, turn your head quickly and feel a sharp pain down your middle back) where I could not turn my head without pain. I experienced this 18 years ago where I could not move my neck for a couple of weeks!
My secret now to limit the pain and speed recovery has been to use 1000mg acetaminophen (nociceptor pain blocker) and 600mg of ibuprofen (anti-inflammatory) as those allowed me to turn my head with less discomfort to stretch the muscle. I also use a heated rice sock.
(Check with your doctor before medicating as your health my contraindicate using any OTC pain meds.)
Hopefully, the massaging of the neck and scaps will result in even better effect ... or prevention.
For $20, this is a no-brainer.
Thanks, OP!
