I can only speak to my area, but the Qdobas here are a step above Chipotle. And if you are a guac person (I am not), Qdoba will give you some free whereas Chipotle always charges extra for the same amount.

How does Qdoba compare to Chipotle, as far as food quality? I don't see as many of them in my area but always curious

Same for me. I always found Qdoba tasted better than Chipotle and you didn't have to pay extra for guac which is nice.

you better make sure you type your email right because the survey submission gives you no email confirmation. I typed in a random string of letters into the email field and it still said my response was recorded and "you're all set".
It's not a promo code, it gets loaded into your account if you successfully submit the survey by 4/15. By the time 4/20 rolls around, it'd be too late if you end up not getting anything.
