My delta cartridge failed at 10 years. Cartridge was 30 bucks. Faucet at $250 but looks like crap now. I be ahead if I buy 5 of these and they last 3 years each.

I believe that if you call Delta, they will send you a new cartridge for free. You will need the model number.

I have something similar. Replaced our super expensive ones that came with the house. It's flimsier and feels cheaper, but at like 1/10 the cost, I have no regrets.
