All of the people who are worried about fakes are basing it on hearing from other people who claim ti have received fakes. It's just confirmation bias. No one that claims ti have received a fake ever states how they verified it was a fake. They basically claim "it wasn't very strong" without any idea of the actual projection of the scent, it's just based on what they think the projection should be. I've never received a fake from Amazon, the only fake I've ever received was from eBay, which is not uncommon, but they refunded the money to me and told me to keep the scent and to this day, it smells almost exactly like my real scent. It's black orchid and I bought the real directly from tom ford and the fake smells almost identical, the tell tale that it was a fake was the sprayer is terrible on the fake, on the real bottle it's terrific. And the scent wears off faster.
