Perfect timing! I just got back from Hawaii and have been craving their ube bread ever since. Grabbing some of this powder so I can finally try making a batch at home.

Ube = yam. This is a purple sweet tater so it's diff as others have said. Ube sweeter, usually. I like them both, but purple sweet potato is no ube Wink
