I just ordered an open box speaker from them, got delivered and got a beaten up speaker with missing remotes and wires. I had faced similar issue multiple times, its a hit or a miss, more likely a miss... rather than a hit.

This iPad was $299 new on Amazon a couple days ago, it's up to $329 but it'll come down again. Why risk an open box to save $50 and deal with eBay's return policy?

I scan their website for computer items and always notice "new damaged box" gaming computers that go out of stock then come back 3-5 weeks later go out of stock, come back, rinse repeat. Im pretty sure they arrive broken or stripped of parts to a customer then are returned and relisted without inspection. There were a couple on the ebay page where the item feedback would say thats what happened to them. Its probably just cheaper for them to chance sending it back out uninspected and pay return shipping than it is to pay someone to check every item. Some people also give up on the return process so thats profit for them.

I've ordered ~10 things from vipoutlet over the years and I think I've been one of the few lucky ones where I've only had issues with one item (can't even remember what it was, something electornic...).

That said, I ended up ordering the ipad here and got one that still has warranty through the end of the year, first use jan 2026, battery max capacity is at 100% (5 cycles), and can't find a scratch on it
