No its 60 days. Have a pixel 10 pro XL from them from black Friday that I was able to unlock after 2 months

Got this on Mints site - Per our current policy, Mint Mobile phones will automatically be unlocked 60 days after activation on our network.

Wondering the same. It should since you will then be a customer with mint and can add on minternet for $30 according to their site if you already have mint mobile
