I assume you're referring to this one?

The big difference is OLED vs VA. OLED will look much better, but has the main risk of burn-in. VA should be brighter overall. The Samsung has a much higher curve at 1000R vs 1800R on the MSI.

If budget allows, I'd generally lean towards the MSI personally but I like OLED haha.

OLED with the true blacks look amazing. Also, the burn in is much less of a problem with modern panels. You still have to utilize the tools to clean your image from time to time, but overall it's not such a huge issue at this point.
