If it sucked, that would be a loss, so I just got two 1/2 pound RB sandwiches.
My only complaint is that they only gave me a total of 14.5 oz of meat. But IDK how I'd dispute that unless I call customer service. Not worth the hassle as I got the BOGO.
As for potato cakes, love them, but I have 2 boxes of hash browns (rectangular and not triangle) from Walmart. I also didn't see the value of buying those for $3. when that's a box of the hash browns.

I remember in my younger days complaining to Chipotle CS about their burritos shrinking, and the district mgr sent me a free burrito coupon.
I must have picked up my order bc I know I would have said something if I was present. The were tortillas were smaller so the burrito was like 30% smaller than usual.
