They're not even 2.0? Maybe this one somehow delivers more power per size, but this seems like another example of getting less for more post-covid. I haven't kept up, but tech used to be such that high-draw tools would get more power as well as run time from a larger ah battery. Compact can be a bonus, and prevents me from putting tool down standing upright, just waiting to be knocked over; but charging a little battery twice a day isn't what I'm looking for.

What's the going rate for a good deal, $10/Ah? I'd rather have one 6Ah than four 1.5Ah batteries.

For the M12 compact batteries (CP), the best are the 2.5 HO & CP 3.0... then you've got the CP 2.0 which is 'ok' but still kind of weak. I wouldn't recommend spending money on these 1.5's at all. Much like the "XC 3.0", they're the worst of what Milwaukee has to offer for M12 batteries.

They're not worth anywhere near $10/AH, IMO.. especially not as 12V batteries and the 'bottom of the barrel' of Milwaukee's M12 batteries.
