It's curcumin phytsosome that helps with inflammation, not turmeric. This does not have that.

Who told you that? All forms will help, but the absorption will vary depending on the formulation. This does have black pepper extract which will significantly increase absorption and helps many people. However, black pepper extract can effect the absorption and elimination of many drugs so please check interactions first.

Bad product. Is only 25% Curcumin, the rest is just Turmeric.

I had my mother who is now 94 years old taking this three years ago. She was on it for over a year, it did nothing for her arthritis pain. The price is good, it did nothing for her but it might help you. It's only $10, I'm sure you have spent more than that on lottery tickets!

Says NSF certified in description. But when I look at images of bottle, I don't see this stated on bottle....I think it just says tested by independent lab on bottle. Not the same thing !

You need 85 to 95% standardized curcumin extract (from turmeric). There is a difference between curvum8n and turmeric. You are looking for curcumin for all the benefits this is being prom9ted for. This is mostly turmeric powder you can get dirt inexpensive in loose powder form at Asian stores
