You can make a complaint to woot and some times get another discount as compensation. Was given compensation on scratch & dent items when not as described.

Agreed - as long as you are OK with the discount and taking a chance. I complained, one person sent me to generic Apple warranty information and the other said he will get back to me in 24 hours after investigation and the email support apologized and sent me UPS lanel

Received the package now. Weird. the watch is in a brown box, strap is in apple official box, and the watch charger is in a clear envelope with USB A. what a joke. all looks sketchy.

anyone bought and facing error while activating the cellular? I am with visible plan with smart watch plan. I am unable to activate and the support is saying the watch is locked to carrier and cannot be activated with visible. Anyone with similar issue?
