Wait till you see what is happening in EU and around the world? You are getting beverages with high fructose corn syrup sugar AND multiple artificial sweeteners. Pepsi has already started doing this by using Ace K and Aspartame in the same Zero formula. Ive tried everything, there is no sweetener (artificial or not) that does not have an aftertaste. People say use agave or honey - both have an aftertaste esp honey can kill a beverage flavor profile. So that means you are left with monk fruit and stevia and ill take stevia over the nasty monk. Something you can pay attention to for beverages is the TYPE of stevia they use - will say Stevia Reb A, D, or M. D and M are slightly less bitter than the more commonly used Reb A (found in all zero natural sweetened drinks). Good luck on your escape
