I carry several premium travel credit cards so my membership is free. I can tell you that I do not ever mind having a connecting flight. I will also choose my connecting city based on the lounge access. I love it. 3. occasional travelers are not gonna drop $895 a year for amex plat or even $595 for c1vx
sigh.
There were many restaurants, etc that you could enter with it and pay though - I'm not sure who's paying whom to list those there.
i find that the pp lounges in asia are far more superior than the ones in the US.
