When I first started taking creatine I didn't realize the water retention aspect and woke up one morning with a bloody nose from dehydration. Definitely need to make sure you're drinking plenty of water when you start.

While a good price on most days, if you can get teh Sports Research one, you get more than 2X the product at about 50% more price. That's a better deal.
