Vitamin C serums are kind of a crapshoot because they're inherently unstable, but this is the ideal formula (basic concept stolen from a brand that sells it for $185 an ounce, no I'm not kidding).
I hope it's not bright orange and stinky (meaning it's been oxidized); I think it's a safe bargain because this is a new serum for elf so hopefully not sitting around in a warehouse for ages.
When I get it I'm popping it in the fridge to make sure it lasts, and even then using it up ASAP.
