It's just a synthetic blend. Good for 5-6000 miles.
I'd stick to the guideline anyway of only going ~5000 miles, regardless of what the marketing speak claims can be done. As nobody will replace your engine if that good for x0,000 is a complete farce. While I still had the 06 Camry, it clearly wasn't picky what I put in it (seldom did high mileage despite it having reached 200,000) but I changed it every couple thousand.
Dollar general believe it or not had individual qts of this on sale or clearance not sure 3$ a pc not long ago. I normally use full synthetic but couldn't argue the price. Valvoline makes good stuff across the board. I have no complaints. I normally change my oil before the truck tells me too. 08 Silverado 5.3.
Advanced auto for Castrol GTX 5w20 high mileage, blend has it for $15. though blend is disliked by some, still it is better deal for the price. I took 2 of them.

Otherwise, pay literally a few dollars more and get a SQ full synthetic.
