Fasteners is legit.
Yes, Fasteners Inc. (Fasteners Inc. Tool Outlet) is a legitimate and authorized DeWALT dealer.
They are a well-known industrial supplier based in California that has been in business for decades. They operate both a physical presence and a highly regarded online store that is a frequent go-to for professionals and enthusiasts due to their "Saturday Flash Sales" and "Hot Deals."
Why they are considered "Legit":
  • Warranty Protection: Because they are an authorized retailer, DeWALT honors the full factory warranty on products purchased through them. DeWALT specifically warns that they may reject warranty claims for tools bought from unauthorized third-party sellers (like many random sellers on Amazon or eBay).
  • Authorized Service: They are part of the professional distribution network that DeWALT uses to sell industrial-grade tools.
  • Reputation: They are frequently discussed and vetted by the tool community (such as on the DeWALT subreddit) alongside other major authorized retailers like Acme Tools, ToolNut, and CPO Outlets.
