I love Wüsthof. I bought a classic 6 in knife 5 years ago and it's still going strong. Looking for a bigger one, but this knife shape look odd for my kitchen uses.

Definitely odd shaped: Santoku on top, western chef on the bottom, with no (at least to me) practical reason.
