No Mac & Cheese made with a powder is going to be that creamy. Substituting heavy cream vs. milk helps a bit....and since you're not using that much of it (just 3 tbsp.), won't make much of a difference in terms of fat/calories.

Dude, 5.25oz? What is this, a meal for ants? You need 4 of these to make a pound of pasta - the size of a typical box of pasta.

You're measurements are off. It's basically three boxes of this = a pound of pasta....but regardless of what it may say on the box, this will satisfy no more than two adults.
I'll leave the complaining to you, though, since, at $1.04, so what? Even if you felt that it was only sufficient for one adult, it's $1.04! By today's standards, that's dirt cheap (and it's a high quality product to boot)!
