I have this blanket and it's decent, I like that the beads are in pockets so that keeps the weight properly distributed throughout the blanket, but "cooling" is just marketing. There's nothing cooling about the blanket, it's a blanket that will provide warmth and weight. If that's what you're looking for, it's a great deal!
They are great, but not for everybody. I tried it and returned. Make sure to use a duvet tyoe cover and wash regularly so the blanket itself stays clean.
