Yes, zeolite is an issue with the Bosch 800s. Some zeolite units are even exploding inside the dishwasher. And it's not necessarily a defect that goes bad quickly under warranty. In some cases issue occurs shortly after two year Costco warranty ends as was the case with your unit. You aren't the only one.
