Does the discount appear at checkout? If not, maybe the promo is regional (YMMV). Are you choosing multiples of the same item, or different items? I'm not having issues.

Check the item page and make sure it's showing the promo. Some of the items listed on the offer page don't show it when you go to the product page (like the e.l.f. squeeze me lip balm).

number of items available for discount seems to be going down.

You can order more than once with discount, and discount appears in subscribe and save window when you subscribe it by itself (if over $10).
In example, I got the b12 vitamins down to 3.70 a bottle with s&s at 15% additional discount.

I got the tea extract vitamins down to $2.10 a bottle. There was an extra 20% coupon that stacked with the 15% s&s, and with the 50% off multibuy.

Naturewise is made in the USA.

A SODASTREAM USA INC 1025258010 40ml Mango Bubly is at 63% discount, and with 15% s&s, and 50% multiple buy comes out to $2.10 a bottle. This is pretty cheap for sodastream bottles. Note, you can still subscribe for more even if quantity available is less.

I briefly had dreams of getting into the mango soda business. But then I got control of myself, and only bought 2.

I chose from the page showing the special and what items qualified. I went all the way to check out with two different items totaling $11.
