It's really an accessory item that is used to charge other end of life items. You can get them used on ebay for about 15 bucks that will work exactly the same.
If you don't already have a razer v2 model mouse, don't see any reason you'd need it, or want a 2 generation old EOL accessory at this price when you can always just plug the mouse in to charge.
