The profit margin of these batteries is razor thin. You get free shipping for the batteries as well. An 280Ah battery alone can weigh 65lb. Do you know how much it costs the seller shipping the battery back and worth? If you want customer service, pay the premium and shop elsewhere. Aliexpress is not for everyone.

150ah with 15 coupon is a slightly better price. Almost matches the 280ah deal (the first time around, not the second time lol)
Technically should be 100 for 150Ah but i have an immediate use for the batteries

I'm using mine temporarily to shift load by charging it during off-peak then using it to power my servers during the day. It's sort of ridiculous, but it's a good test to see how to set up the correct automation etc.

10-year life & 4000+ cycle. You have plenty of time to think about a good use of it. For me, it is going to be a portable backup battery for my Ecoflow D2's when camping. And yes, I do have 3 x 280AH batteries as well. woot

I am currently dealing with EcoWorthy through AliExpress, and this has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have had in over 50 years. What should have been a simple return has turned into an ongoing, frustrating ordeal. The batteries I purchased do not fit, yet after more than a week, I am still being given the runaround with no resolution in sight. The level of inefficiency, lack of accountability, and overall disregard for the customer is frankly unacceptable. Based on this experience, I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase to think twice. I would not consider buying from this seller again under any circumstances.

For people having issues with aliexpress, how often do you order from them and/or is this a new account? I order a boatload from AE but all of my returns have gone through with minimal hassle. Always had to show proof but it gets approved after a few days.

I think I've spent a few hundo at AE this year lol

Same here. Some of their marketplace sellers are complete scam artists. They list things for sale that they can't ship, don't have, or both.
