This is fram ultra level oil filter, better material in every aspect than the super tech cheap ones
Just FYI, last time I tried to buy a Purolator oil filter off amazon for my lawn mower it came loose in the amazon shipping box with no packaging of it's own and the end of the filter was uncovered and open to collect whatever managed to fall into it. I complained and the seller just said "that's the way we've always sold them". And the item page showed a nicely boxed retail packaged filter.

When covid hit, I switched to shopping online for 100% of purchases that didn't include fresh groceries.
As the kiddos say today "Pro tip" - Don't buy from 3rd party sellers on any online marketplace that don't use the Marketplace's return policies.
I ran into too many problems with 3rd party sellers, sometimes they use stock pictures and send only the listed part in the description but not everything in the pictures and I have to contact my credit card to refund me.
Since those problems, I specifically look for "Shipped and sold by" _______ x company only. no 3rd party sellers.
Since then, no problems. Easy refunds, returns, and exchanges.
