$49 one-way airfares on Southwest Airlines [southwest.com]. I found as much as I could across the US but there could be more that I simply missed. Most of these have plenty of travel dates from 5/5-7/1/26 & 8/11-9/2/26. For interisland Hawaii travel valid 5/5-7/1/26. Southwest's low fare calendar is user-friendly. If you are interested in travel deals, I encourage you to create a deal alert using the 3-letter airport code so you will be notified....especially for smaller cities I don't often post. or you can just hit that "follow serra" button.

What I found and these work both ways:
  • LAS to/from LAX, PHX, SAN, PSP
  • RNO to/from LAX
  • PHX to/from LAX, SAN, LAS
  • DAL to/from TUL, MSY, LBB, LIT
  • MDW to/from MSY, MDW, BNA, CLE
  • ATL to/from TPA, MCO, MSY
  • MCO to/from SRQ, FLL, MIA, RSW, ATL
  • BWI to/from CMH, CLE, PIT, BOS
  • PIT to/from BWI, DCA,

Southwest's policy is only a personal item and a carry-on bag.

Not sure if it was a typo, but zero flights to/from STL is depressingly accurate. Southwest ain't what it used to be

I've been tracking SAN<--->PHX and the fare was available before this "promo."

Southwest has a "sale" every week, and rarely are the prices much different. It's been years since I snagged a Southwest fare I was truly excited about. 5 years ago that wasn't the case and it seemed like I routinely booked great sale fares. How the mighty have fallen.

I used to fly exclusively Southwest, but between pricing, baggage fees/issues, assigned seating and worse routes/delays - I've transitioned to Delta. They at least somewhat treat you like a human being.

Pricing is far better, but you have to do some work. You just have to book the first day flights are available and keep watching. They often go down even lower here and there after you first book.
Luggage is free for you and all of your party on the same reservation up to 8 bags if you have a credit card.
Also if you have a credit card, you can check in 48 hrs ahead and pick your seats with the lowest priced fare
