This DEWALT 20V MAX combo is a basic brushed drill and impact driver kit that still covers around the house tasks well. The impact is rated at 1,700 in-lbs, and the drill is listed at up to 300 UWO, with two batteries, a charger, and a bag included. The main drawback is that it is not brushless, and newer versions are smaller and lighter. It feels best suited to light, occasional use rather than constant heavy work.

It's for my dad for around the house stuff.
Brushless motor: Complete a wide range of applications with a high-performance motor power drill that delivers up to 300 UWO, and an impact driver delivering up to 1,400 in-lbs of torque
For someone that's using it a couple times a month or less, it's perfectly capable.
