This is a small board—more for children than adults. These cheap inflatables can be a lot of fun if you find one that's big enough, properly inflate it, and keep it away from anything resembling waves.
If you've never been paddle boarding before, get a nice rental (and consider a lesson) before you buy a cheap toy like this. You might still have fun on the cheap toy (I sure can) but it will be much easier to learn if you eliminate gear problems as a concern. Nicer gear also tends to be easier to use, flattening the learning curve.
I also recommend learning on the flattest water you can find. It's much easier to find your balance when the water isn't trying to throw you off. And cold water can make everything harder if you start falling in—much harder to balance when you're shivering!
