Considering a 1yr unlimited plan with mint is $360 plus taxes and fees alone, this is a great deal.
That is actually a terrible price. I am sorry that you are use to paying alot more, but that does not make $360 a deal.

Do you understand how much PROFIT these companies are making on our backs... that fact that we have gotten ripped off for decades and noone bats an eyelash.

And because no company cares about you... we are given the opportunity to switch every year so we always get the new customer price.

To me $180 plus taxes is alot better then $360 and when I switch to Visible $225 is still alot better then $360.00.

I still don't get where thousand $ phones became "Slick" deals? This is nuts.
Slickdeals is an advertising site where companies can make adds... it is still about the deal but first a company must spend THOUSANDS on an add like this one.

Now... Slickdeals is about saving money on LOW END, MID END and HIGH END stuff. $500 OFF PLUS $225 OFF is a deal of some sort. And even with all these discounts the price is still $980.00.

Had T-Mo since the Sidekick 2. First year of mint is about to run out. Not considering switching back to T-Mo
You should be considering either staying on the Tmobile network OR jumping ship to Visible.

I am sorry that you got ripped off for a decade... now is the time to stay liberated and to find your new plan with a new company... and next year you can switch back.

If you love your service perhaps you should look to switch to Boost Mobile or TELLO or Ultra Mobile, etc...

Bottom line, if you don't switch you are overpaying.

Hmm very very tempting, $1062 out the door after taxes and fees but they are also offering me $400 for my Pixel 9 Pro XL 256GB which would bring the price down to $662.... My US Mobile service is a few weeks from ending so this seems like a great option right now .... On the fence but I think I got to do it! I been with Mint before it was good service no issues, I switched to US Mobile because of the free watch plan and ability to switch networks at will, at a lower rate.

My order was cancelled and refunded. Paid with paypal. never got order confirmation, just a mail saying its being reviwed and mail stating order is refunded after almost 4 hours. Any one able to order successfully?
Lolol, so you posted a deal that you yourself could not get honored, the irony. Its clearly on their website so I think the issue might be on their end, try phone support. I am on the fence but this seems like a great deal with trade in on my Pixel 9 Pro XL.

These devices are not that cheap to manufacture anymore and have become more powerful and complex over the years. This is also not 2008. That is not a bad price for a flagship device in 2026. Yes, there are much cheaper phones. In addition, we are also in the middle of a tariff and memory shortage.

seems expensive for a 256GB phone.
yeah no kidding, this can't be a deal. came here for the comments to see what people say. This site people quibble over $2. WTF. I use the Moto Stylus 5g phones and they work great for $50 maybe.

Why the hell would you buy this unless you're a poser, or susceptible to Apple-like hypnotics

Samsung phones were the most vulnerable last year... even their newest S25 Ultra.

1. Only half of google updates actually get pushed to Samsung's phones.
2. One UI itself has thousands of bugs that end up getting exploited.
3. It can take months and even up to a year to get some of the updates, the ones that Samsung has no choice and have to give you, see webpost at bottom of this post.
4. Samsung has WON, most amount of bloatware in a device.
5. Due to so many third parties tinkering with the OS... there are many issues and is why Samsung phones are the most vulnerable.

last year Samsung devices (even the ones that were completely up to date) were prone to a zero click virus, just to put things in perspective, the last time I have heard of a zero click Android virus was back with Android 6... NOT Android 16.

https://www.reddit.com/r/samsungg...e_sits_on/

MOST VULNERABLE DEVICE... SAMSUNG...
A critical,, actively exploited "zero-click" vulnerability, identified as CVE-2025-21042 (CVSS score: 8.8), was used throughout 2024 and early 2025 to install "LANDFALL" spyware on Samsung Galaxy devices. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute malicious code simply by sending a specially crafted image (DNG format) to the device, typically via messaging apps like WhatsApp, without any user action required.

May be irony or a sign not to get in to Samsung again🫤. Last Samsung phone i bought was galaxy S4 in 2013 which died on me with in a year and warranty voided because of KNOX and before that was Samsung U600 in 2008 which also died with in a year. Thought of giving a try again and this happened

I usually upgrade every year when it comes to phones cause the trade in deals are usually really good, unfortunately the trade in deals the last 3 years have been crap but my last S24+ for the whole year I had it before I switched to a pixel 9 Pro because Best Buy actually paid me money to get a new phone, worked great. I have not had any problems with any of the Ultra/flagships phones from samsung I would jump between a Note/Ultra/Fold for almost 10 years prior.

The sales staff at the store I got my S26 ultra told me you can have the phone unlocked after 30 days and I just confirmed it now while chatting with a customer service rep on the Spectrum site. This only applies if you pay for the phone in full. Sorry this was supposed to be on the S26 ultra from Spectrum promo not this one!
