On a side note, this is overkill for a CPAP. 150ah will last you 3 full weeks with the heater off. I power mine using an 18v 4ah tool battery and with the heater off it easily lasts the night. Search Amazon for a "[your tool brand] power wheels battery adapter". Connect the 2 wires on the battery adapter to the cigarette lighter wires on the power supply and you you're all set!

Eh, id be good with the regular 120v slow wall charger. Im trying to go cheap. so id be good with something like this:

Please don't cheap out on the solar charge controller. For the same reason you don't buy cheap power supplies for your computer, this is the one part of the system that protects other components from getting damaged. The one you linked to doesn't even list the input voltage range. Victron might be more expensive, but I have never worried about my batteries getting overcharged. A 30a charger at 24v should be able to pull around 800w input. InvertersRus sell open box Victron with a decent mark down. I've bought plenty of stuff from there with no issues.
The benefits of 24v vs. 12v: cheaper wiring, more solar production from you scc possible. The only downside is that you would want to get a battery balancer. Batteries hooked up in serial won't balance between each other properly.
You can usually find good deals on panels from places like Facebook Marketplace. Panels are a buyers market right. There are plenty of electricians and solar installers selling older used panels from system upgrades for cheap because it costs them less to do that instead of dispose them. Over the last 6 months I've bought over 20 panels rated at 170-175 watts and paid $160 total. They're older and bigger than current 200w panels, but their output is far higher than newer panels I've used.

I STRONGLY DISAGREED, because it is DANGEROUS. It might OVER HEAT and BURN down your house when you're unattended. I will not do to my house or recommence other to do like that.
