The few times I've ordered from them (small electronics) they came way better packaged than anything I've ordered from amazon, not to mention Amazon's customer service is becoming a joke, im still battling an order from 6 months ago where they sent me the wrong item then charged me again because the item I returned wasn't what l ordered. Uh yeah thats the problem.

This is slightly over that.
I already ignore anything from temu and there deceptive listing, thinking your getting one thing but in the fine print it totally something else.
Lucky I never experienced it as I prefer to experience this issue through my neighbor who comes to me and complains about their latest buy temu and then telling me that it was not what they thought they were getting. And then goes on how difficult to impossible to get a refund.
