The A- for noise rating is pretty deceptive. It's a actually right in the middle of their rating range so it's more like a C. The noise ratings are Standard, Standard+, Standard++, A-, A, A+, A++

Corsair makes some fantastic PSUs, but this isn't one of their best. It's not the quietest, and SPL's tier list [google.com] has it as a B+ while many of their other products (e.g. RM-x and RM-i series) are all rated at A+.

This is still a perfectly good PSU but at this price point I would look elsewhere, and there's currently a deal on RM750x SHIFT at NewEgg for the same price.
