"100mg caffeine" <- at 400mg per day you will become addicted and it's really painful to get off caffeine "energy" drinks. It took me about two months to get back to normal but sleep patterns are still broken. The truth is caffeine is not energy but a receptor blocker and your body copes with the blocker by making more and more receptors as you keep increasing caffeine uptake just to get through the day..
