I purchased from VIPOUTLET one time, Shokz headphones at a crazy low price, they never shipped them. I got my money back after waiting over a week with my order left on "Paid". I would pay 19.99 at Target or Amazon, a few dollars more, to trust that it will get here in a day or 2.

Also, not the "Cheapest ever" it was 14.99 on Black Friday
