Not commenting on price, but look up lions mane. Think this new health craze hasn't been well studied and is dangerous, it gave me vertigo and it lasted weeks after I stop taking it.

Works for me! 1 pill a day keeps me calm and collected. KSM-66 is the best type of ashwgandha in my opinion as it is the most concentrated and bioavailable. It also has a lot of promising studies online if you need to do your research! Sports research is a fantastic brand and the price for this is great 👌🏼
