One thing to note for dieters, however, is they started putting sucralose in everything that's sugar free these days. I've noticed sucralose isn't that great for weight management. Despite being calorie free I believe it can still affect your insulin levels. I was losing weight on a keto diet and as soon as I started drinking these the weight loss stopped so I had to switch back to coffee. Just something to keep in mind for these newer sugar alternatives.
