Skin care is obviously very subjective but this stuff works wonders for me. For reference, I'm a dude with oily and slightly sensitive skin and I use this before bed a few times a week on my face and back. If memory serves, glycolic acid is one of the strongest AHA's so if you have extremely sensitive or dry skin you may be better off with lighter options like mandelic or lactic acids! If you're gonna try it then be sure to patch test it on an area of your skin that isn't your face first (I use my forearm) and see how your skin reacts to it. $10 is a good price and the bottle will easily last you 3-6 months if not longer 👍🏼
This is basically an exfoliate for your skin. It's really good and works well, but can give some redness as it works. A lot of people put it on their armpits to prevent body odor, as it creates an unlivable environment for the bacteria. I've done it and can confirm that it actually works surprisingly well, however I stopped doing it because I got redness.
I'd say if you have an event where you want to ensure you won't smell bad, it's worth having some. Just wipe it on after your shower, then deodorant like normal
