I got one of these last time it was at this price. Seems pretty decent, I can stall it easily, but if you are using this for anything craft related it should be fine.

I also got this on a prior Slickdeal (March 10, 2026) primarily to smooth my large dog's nails with the drum sander after trimming. I do this every couple of weeks as my breed has quick growing nails. While this item does not have the power of some others or the plug-in versions, it is more than adequate for my purpose and would likely be adequate for most homeowner purposes. I really appreciate the lightweight, smaller size for my needs. I don't know how long it will hold up, but the quality seems fine and it has been working flawlessly. At this price, it's hard to go wrong - I might get a backup!
