The Arctic P12 pro (choice of A-RGB or without RGB) is both cheaper and signficantly better. $28.49 for the A-RGB 120mm version on Amazon right now https://amzn.to/484iKY8
You can look at any noise normalized testing and see these are really not very good in comparison to the significantly cheaper Arctic P12 series. Look at the 25db, 30db, 35db, etc. When you can move more air at 30db than another fan can at 40db it's better.

The only fans above the Arctic P12 series in noise normalized performance for airflow or static pressure are all fans that cost 3x-5x per fan. It's literally only when you look at max noise which makes 0 sense to compare since fans have different max speeds and different amounts of airflow provided at those max speeds that it drops on charts - so the 1 chart that doesn't matter unless for some insane reason you plan on running it at max nonstop and do 0 thinking or setup other than putting that baby at 100% and full send no matter what.
