I own this exact knife. It's really high-quality for the price, sharp, and made in the USA. The grip on the handle is heavy-duty, like skateboard grip tape. The spring is very tight, you'll have to push hard on the thumb stud to open it. The only thing I don't like is the thumb stud is tough and will wreck your thumb until you get used to it. The pocket clip is also not reversible. It's a larger knife so I don't edc it, but it's great for a camping trip or toolbox.

I rounded my thumb stud with a file. Much easier on the thumb now.

$68 has been the everyday price for this knife at Walmart for at least a couple years.

I paid $40 for the S30V version in 2016. It's a great knife if you like assisted openers. I had to warranty it once for broken springs, but I beat the crap out of my knives so I'd say the durability is great and of course the warranty is fantastic. That being said, it might little hefty for EDC if you're used to carrying a Bel-Air, Bugout, Deka, etc.

Great knife. I've owned one with serrations for about 15 years. It is a bit heavy and big for EDC. Love the action. It is a beast and will handle anything you want to use it for. The stock pocket clip is terrible so that would be something to consider changing immediately.

There's something about Kershaw knives that I love. I prefer flippers and assisted flippers. All of them that I've owned have been solid and reliable. I have cheaper ones that I beat up and ones that are a few hundred bucks that are in my display case and all are great knives.

How does this compare to their leak knife?

Great knife, it's one of my favorites. This is double what I paid, but still doesn't seem like a bad price

Have this exact knife in my safe in case I ever wear out or lose my black Blur. That's how much I love this model. Some will say it's big for EDC, but it's perfect for me.

Same blade steel, but the Blur is a much larger, heavier knife with a different blade geometry. It has a bit of a recurve which can make sharpening a little trickier, but also has a nice robust tip that doesn't suffer breakage like the Leek does.
