If you're handy, it could be used as an "under the workbench" power point.
Get a 1U rack mount (something like https://amazon.com/dp/B0822MJRT9) and screw it to the underside of your workbench so the face is almost flush but slightly inset from the front edge of the bench, then mount this to the rack.
But I wouldn't recommend it. There are cheaper and easier power strips that are made to mount under a desk. This is designed for a server rack.

It's good for 19"-wide rack (with the front-facing mounts), nor for under-desk (which will require top-facing mounts)

a side note to other comments is that it has a 15' cord. thats hella long for an average desk. if a workshop or something however that could be fantastic. but if you dont have far to the wall plug, your going to have a huge amount of extra cable from this to manage.

To build on what others have said, this looks to be overkill. It might be made better than cheaper power strips you might find. But unless you are working with incredibly important/expensive gear, it's probably less practical for mounting under a typical desk.

For places where I'm not worried about appearances, I prefer power strips that have visible mounting points for screws. It makes them much easier to install. And you don't end up relying on friction or gravity like the power strips that mount on top of screws. Below are a few examples of what I mean.
(I don't endorse any of these specific products. They are just examples.)

Better off mounting vertical power strips on the rack and not taking up valuable rack space
