What did I miss this is from Hisense website: The Hisense QD7 series (2024/2025 model, including QD7N and QD7QF variants) features a native 144Hz refresh rate. It supports high-performance gaming features, including 4K @ 144Hz, 1080p @ 240Hz, and Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) to minimize screen tearing, making it suitable for modern console and PC gaming

It's a little confusing. According to Rtings the sizes 65" and below in this series are 60hz native instead of 144hz. The Amazon product photos show 4 different HDMI ports all 4k 60hz. Samsung plays a similar game with different sizes of The Frame. Perhaps there's a footnote on the Hisense website that is more specific.

Only 75" and up are 144hz
