Would this be enough for a 5700X3D?

Wrong. Unless it has RGB, it will never be enough

Dang it, literally got this 3 days ago for $90 without the $7 coupon... oh well, not worth the effort to return it for $7.
That said, great unit, while not as cheap as a multitude of others that have popped up e.g. Thermalright my experience with Thermalright and others has been kind of hit or miss specifically with regard to how much sound the fans make. Corsair on the other hand has been quiet from the get go, my last one which was a single 120mm radiator lasted forever too, literally the computer got outdated and I moved on before the AIO gave up, although a 120mm rad is a bit underpowered for today's CPU, otherwise I might still be using it.
